Have not had to do a flip, but I've heard that it's not that hard to do, if you want to DIY, but a decent spring shop shouldn't charge you a lot to do it for you; there are kits from the axle mfrs to do this. Also, if you have more holes in the spring hangars/shackles, move them to the lowest setting and, while you're at it, install a set of "wet bolts". A wet bolt kit gives you bronze bushings to replace the plastic OEM bushings, heavy-duty shackles and grease-able (wet) bolts to hold the springs. Most people report much longer life and some even say their trailers ride better.
