Can't figure out drainage on our 99 Sunnybrook!

Hi! This is my first post, so please forgive me if I make any faux pas.

I'm here because I just can't seem to find any information on my 5th wheel online, and thought someone may be able to give me some advice. My fiance and I recently purchased a used 99 Sunnybrook, and I cannot figure out how to drain the tanks.

We had a Fleetwood before and it had two T handles, one for black water and one for grey. This 5th wheel has three drainage pipes on the side that merge into one, where you attach the hose, and to the left! f that is one T handle and a knob. When I pull the handle, something seems to trickle out, but not like the Fleetwood used to. When I turn the knob, there's resistance and then a clunk inside, but it doesn't seem to do anything. Help!

There should be 2 handles on the left of the drain pipes, and one on the right. From left to right, they are: sewage, shower/vanity sink, and kitchen sink. Perhaps you did not use the kitchen sink enough to see major water drainage? I would take a 5 gallon bucket and pour it in the kitchen sink. See if that provides more flow. Then again, you may have a blocked drainage pipe (highly doubtful).

    THIS^^^^^^^

Not sure what 'knob' is for....so best to investigate further before messing with it

Regardless it should have nothing to do with wast tank draining...the 3 'T' handles are for that.

  • I have found that on most RV's you can learn a lot by looking on the roof. If you find the vents on the roof the tanks are below. Tanks are generally run crosswise of the RV so you will find the dump valve close to in line with the vent.
  • I wouldn't twist on them. Is your SB a rear kitchen? If so, it might have two gray tanks , one fore and one aft of the axles. Is it enclosed underneath? My 98 30 CKFS was enclosed but I think the handles were still visible, outside, but the valves were in the insulated area. My 2000 24 CKFS wasnt enclosed and the valves were exposed and visible. My 2008 30 RKFS LTD is enclosed and all the water works and drain handles are in their own compartment. It's a rear kitchen with two gray tanks and valves. So, you can't find the other two handles? Maybe stop at a dealers shop for help. Craig
