Hi. Looking at buying a 2010 36XTRM5.

Does anyone know if access to the refer, bathroom and bedroom is possible with all the slides closed?

Is the dryer prep ducted to the outside?

Thanks

Enjoy your new Carriage, they are great rigs. There is a very active Yahoo group that you may want to join. They can help you with just about any problems.

I contracted to buy a 36XTRM5 sight unseen. I checked it out today prior to closing and love the floor plan. I'm very happy with the unit and also bought the fellow's F350 truck; both 2011s.

The vents I've seen have been vented through the walls.

If possible I think in the long run you would like it better if you vented all that moister outside.

Is retrofitting a vent through the roof common? If so, I'll go this route and agree on the moisture.

Thanks so much. I was thinking about getting a combo unit so I'd have the top half of the W/D closet for storage. If there is not exterior vent, they make a non-vented unit so I guess I'll look into that type of W/D.

My Cameo also came without outside vent. I suppose a person would have to cut one. Reallly don't know. You will love the quality. Awesome trailers.

"Howdy!

We have a 2003 36XTRM5 and yes you can. The refer is located directly infront of the entry door. You only problem is the bedroom is a open area you will have excess to the bathroom but the bed slides into the wardrode slide on the curb side. So you would have to open one or both slides to use the bed or crawl up onto the ibed if not. But yes refer and bathroom are no problem.

Our washer dryer prep only came with electric, hot and cool water connections. No dryer vent to the outside.
