Many will use a drop down bed in the rear or the overhead bed. Depends on the manufacturer.

I've seen Super-C's also.

There are Super C toy haulers on MDT and HDT platforms, but smaller chassis vehicles are limited. I did see a Sprinter that could haul a motorcycle and then turn into an RV at night - This was more of a Class B.

Only one I know about is the Outlaw Outlaw RV
