Considering a New Toy Hauler

I think you are going to find it tough to find a toy hauler that size with a separate garage and in a TT.

Thanks momemtum rv. We originally thought this configuration would be difficult to find as well but it seems the industry is beginning to manufacture some nice toy hauler tt's with our specs. It probably would help for me to clarify that the garage will double as one of the bedrooms. So far we have found Keystone Outback and Carbon (Carbon is so far our favorite) and Forest River has some out there but they are designed with less privacy - open floor plan.

Finding a separate garage in a 30'+ TT is going to be easy. Its the 20'-25' TT toy haulers that are hard to find a separate garage.

Our Work & Play is about as tough as it gets. But its not very "pretty" as the others. I highly respect the service guys at my dealer. They're top notch and they give me good, unbiased advise. The only TT toy hauler they've recommended me to stay away from are the Torque models.

Try the Heartland Torque TQ290. Its been a fine trailer for us.

I would like to know were they are (as spec. by the OP) cuz I have a friend looking and they are over 35' with "doors" on bedrooms.

What is your tow vehicle? At least a 3/4 ton? Bumper pull THs in those lengths don't tow all that well compared to a 5er. Have you ruled out a 5er?

We have a keystone carbon 33 TT TH. Pulls easy as pie with my f250 diesel with equalizer 14 k hitch. 9,000 dry weight, interior ceilings higher than most TT.

We haven't completely ruled out a 5er. Our tow vehicle is an F-350 7.3L diesel. We've just started exploring the toy hauler. The next RV show just might change our minds to explore the 5ers but it's ultimately on my husband to make this call since he does the driving.

I was in your situation a few months ago, had a travel trailer and wasn't going to get a 5th wheel. Now we have a carbon 327 5th and love it, so glad we went with the 5th wheel it tows much better.
