Custom Toy Hauler for 7K Cargo
I am looking for a Toy Hauler that I can put my 5,000lb Jeep TJ & 900lb Harley Road Glide into. So I need 23-24' of cargo area and it has to be able to handle the weight which most toy haulers are not...

You didn't list www.dunesport.com in your list. I have looked at all these trailers except Double R. Looking at their spec's they only go up to a dual axle trailer with 14K GVWR and I have 7K of cargo not including water, fuel, pot& pans, household items, clothes and other such stuff.
1) Is nice but at the high end of what I want to spend.
2) Can't climb ladder to get into bed
3) 16' of garage isn't enough to load motorcycle and Jeep
4) Looked at them but found a defferent model. Waiting on dealer to get back with me.
5) May not allow enough cargo capacity
