Cyclone power problems
We're at the NASCAR races and every time we fire up the generator we have no power in the camper. There is a loud clunking noise coming from the floor and its not the inverter. It's a 2009 Cyclone 3914, any ideas?

- We went to Camping World this morning and bought another transfer switch. We're back in business. Thanks for the help and suggestions.
- Cycle the breakers on the generator. If that doesn't work, you have bad contacts in the transfer switch.
- We checked breakers at the generator and they're not tripped. We took off the panel on the transfers switch and the breaker is clicking off and on. We assume our switch is out.
- hard to say what color it might be, but there should be three complete sets of wires entering or leaving the box. Shore power, Generator,line to power panel and inverter.
Are the breakers at the generator on or possibly tripped? - So it looks like a silver box to the right of the inverter, that the noise is coming from. Is that the location of the transfer switch ?
- Transfer switch not connecting.
