Good point. I'm not qualified to answer that, but I do have to think the people on RV.net are a well rounded pool for such a poll versus those on the Heartland forum who are probably slightly biased to Heartland products. Myself included...

But you are leaving out the "if they just built this floor plan" people they are trying to attract...not saying they will or do but you gotta try.

Thank you. Exactly....and whose opinion translates into profit?

Well honestly...In all the reading I've seen on the 4200, it's not well recieved overall. Sooo...who would blame them for changing it up before it really gets launched.
Did it just get the "Best Of" at some show?

Just noticed on heartland website that they put question marks back on the 4200 floor plan. I wonder if they are listening to customers and making changes. Very cool if that is the case.

Good old sales people creating hype. I was lied to by a salesman from xxxxxxx and will never buy from them again. Although I like what I got for a great price I think being lied to is just as bad as a product with problems because now you don't know what else is true. Not that this compares to what I went through but it does seem a lot of things that were said did not come true like the original statement of the square feet. I believe they said well over 600 square feet. But now its 500 and something and that includes deck space.

Agreed. This is not a totally new concept. This already exists. Why on earth would they need a patent for something when it already exists? They said this is something that has never been seen before, which is just not true. It's definitely not what I was expecting after all the talk I've seen about it.

Doesn't Open Range have a floor plan or two with a similar side deck that has been out for a few years?

Yes, and I will tell you some other ones besides the Open Range Rolling Thunder...Keystone RV has the 384 PK, and there was also the Glendale Titanium. I did bring this up on the HL Forum. SO not new..

Wow talk about "much ado about nothing" on the Heartland website the Manager said legal had worries that delayed this project. I'm thinking this is a band aid watered down version of the original idea, whatever that was.

I completely agree.

Legal worries...over the newly unveiled TH? Not sure what is new and requiring a patent on this one....just disappointed!
