Damaged 5th wheels

I am looking for a late model Montana 3100 RL to rebuild. One that has been damaged by flood or smoke or even fire if the exterior walls are not damaged. Where do you look for insurance data bases that would list such vehicles?
  • Copart is a good source and good entertainment. I have been to The east Houston yard and it's always interesting.

    "Insurance data bases" - :h..:h

Damaged - and *LOTS* of "traded-in" RVs are sold at auction.
    Especially TTs and 5ths.

Dealers only keep the very best for re-sale.

You can do much better with one of the "dumped" trades, than damaged.

There's a large one in Las Vegas - (met a guy who purchased one there). Sorry don't know the name or exact location.
Had no interest in the info.

Some internet searching should yield auction sources.

www.crankyape.com is an auction-style site, with all kinds of stuff on it, not just RV's. I've even seen new RV's, with factory warranty, being auctioned off. Not sure if excess inventory or from an OOB dealer.
