I had almost exactly the same thing happen to my Flagstaff with the Revolution pin box--the dealer did replace the pin box and the Curt hitch--but kept complaining about how I should have shouldered some responsibility (after all--I did drive it two blocks before I noticed after a couple of turns that something was way wrong)---but by then the damage was done---the only really bad part part was missing 5 weeks of prime camping season waiting for the replacement and installation--and of course when all was said and done, the dealership owner asked me to take my future business elsewhere...
