Dealer kudos!
I know people are pretty leery about dealers, and we were no exception going into the purchase of our new KZ. The salesman was OK, but was, well, a salesman. I challenged him on several things, which he didn't really appreciate, but knew I was right. The dealer owner got involved when I had a question and nobody else was available to answer it and gave me a price simply too good to walk away from. Well =below= what we were finding 1-2 y.o. =used= units for.
So, after our maiden voyage (detailed here: https://www.rv.net/forum/index.cfm/fuseaction/thread/tid/29670222.cfm), we had some issues. Fortunately, they are relatively minor and easily handled. The stereo issue they did =not= strictly have to handle, since it's an "appliance", but they chose to do so for me, which I very much appreciate.
So, just wanted to give props to Frost RV in Tucson for their service on this. https://www.frostrv.com/ While I wasn't happy about making a 90 mile one way trip to them, I knew what I was getting into from the get-go. Hope I never have to go back, but if I do, I'll have confidence in them.
