I too am scheduled for a service visit in two weeks. A small section of a ceiling panel has separated. You may want to check this area as well even though our layouts are a little different.
Our shower skylight is about 8" from a ceiling panel seam. When they screwed in the lower portion of the skylight they really cranked it down in the middle on the side nearest the seam. This compresses the insulation to the point it actually torques the panel to where it wants to bend the panel away from the ceiling. The brads or staples (I haven't pulled the tape) held for a while but I assume being over the shower and a nice warm day aided in the separation.
I would just fix it myself and ask them to provide the tape but I already need to have the ductwork issue resolved so they can take care of it then. Anyway, I would check not only the skylight area, but anything you have ceiling mounted that is close to the edge of a panel. The same thing could happen. I can post a pic if you are interested.
