We have Dexters and have had no problems that could be blamed on them. We had a problem because a tire shop in Utah improperly assembled a hub. I've dealt with the Dexter people in Georgia and they were helpful and prompt when it comes to finding and shipping parts. I also got parts locally once I figured out that Texas trailers carried Dexter parts.
