Did your truck cost more than the house you live in now

85 for truck 450 for average house would move to the US in a flash. get my self a nice double wide in Mooresville or that area. Not to say 4000 for taxes on that house.

Truck = 2X house; 5th wheel = 6X house. Ain't life great?

No but it was about half. Can't believe what we now pay for trucks. My first was a 63 Chev. for probably a couple of thousand. My last truck lists at 68,000. Did cost that much, but my goodness. Probably be my last. One thing I will say its a dream to drive, and when pulling you barely know the trailer is back there.

Nope. 1st house was $70k in 1982.

Don't think I will spend that much for my next truck either.

No, the house cost more, it is new as a result of a wildfire in 2011. But at least insurance paid for most of the house cost.
