So yes, it's a toy hauler. :) - Hap_HazardExplorerIMHO the answer is yes if he doesn't use it for commercial purposes. I know a couple of folks front yards I could tow that to just to do some off roading for an afternoon. I'd drive it like a toy and have some fun too.
