Dometic Freezer working, fridge Not cooling

Just bought a 2016 Keystone Avalanche. The previous owner put in a Dometic RM1350. This frig has an Electric and LP mode. The Electric mode did not work but the LP mode was fine. So the fridge was fine on LP only
The owner gave me a new control module which was determined would fix the problem.

So I swapped the modules. The Electric and LP modes work fine. Both modes heat the ammonia. The freezer works great.

However the fridge does not cool. The fins in the fridge do not cool.

Any thoughts?

If you have a fever, HOW to you check your body temp? I know my Mom states she can tell with her forehand. :B The Thermometer is used to verify what the temp of the water in the glass is. If a refer is in a slide room, there is NO roof vent, just a outside sidewall door at the top of the wall of the slide room. The 1350 is a large RV refer. It requires a lot of effort to get the hot air running up the back side of the cooling coil to exit out that side mounted door. ALL refers in a slide room need just 1 extra 12 volt fan mounted just inside that door blowing OUT. NOBODY at the OEM level install such a fan. With this fan you will get much better refer cooling and performance. Difference between 40 degrees max to down to 34 degrees. For your testing, remove that upper access door. Doug

The Thermometer does extra duty. You can easily verify the temp output of the roof AC and also how well your Auto dash air is cooling.

I think the 120 element was working. I put my fingers on lightly and they were hot in Elec mode. But i was running LP which I knew was running because I could hear it.
It is on a slide.
Before I switched the board, the fridge held 38 and the fan ran a lot. It seemed to be running around 50/50. After I switched the board the fridge said 49 after 12-14 hours and I opened the doors a couple times to feel the fins which were not cold. I believe the fan was running but like it did before the board swap.

Is the refer is a slide room and can you hear the rear cooling fan running?

RV refers use convection air to remove the heat inside the refer. You MUST have nothing at the back wall from the bottom to the fins within an inch. This allows the air to flow up and thru the cold fins removing the heat. The Thermister is installed on a single metal fin and does indeed tell the control board to either start the LP or 120 to start cooling. The fins will be 10 degrees colder than the refer temp. If the fins are 26 degrees, then the refer temp will be 36 degrees. Now, a watched pot will NOT BOIL. This means you HAVE to start the refer on temp 5, install the glass of water and LEAVE THE DOOR CLOSED FOR 24 HOURS. Don't open the door until that 24 hours. Use a digital thermometer. No other. If the temp is not below 38 degrees in the water, the run on LP for 24 hours. Are you POSITIVE the 120 element is heating? The link shows the type thermometer. You CANNOT use a IR thermometer. Doug

I had a trainee at Dometic. She didn't ask any questions and started pulling up frequently asked questions. She said it's either the control board or the thermistor. I just got the wrong person.
I don't understand the metal fins in the fridge. The thermistor must tell the control board that the fridge needs to be cooled. Then what happens? The metal fins just didn't feel cold at all after 12 hours.

It ran for about 12 hours and fridge was at 49 degrees. It was at 38 prior to swapping the control board. I will put the thermister in warm water and check again. Thanks
