I can do more with the second bedroom door on the end than in the middle. I think that seat near the TV is about useless for regular viewing, OK for social talking. Where the couch can still be changed to two chairs and both people sitting there can still see the Tv if you are watching a movie.
Those chairs are also kind of cheap. Which we could replace but I was pretty meh about the whole thing. I just just do more with the sofa are in the Atlanta IMO. YMMV
I was wondering.. I was was back and forth on it. Cabinets above the chairs look a little different too..
We swapped out the sofa with the bed for theater seating.. no charge.
Left the 2 chairs.. It's just the wife and I.. And I have to be straight on for the tv.. no angle viewing.
I was wondering .. does the slide in the back room block the doorway when closed, in the Atlanta?
