Hello,
We are going to look at the Elkridge 37 Ultimate this weekend and a couple other Elkridge 5th Wheels. I was told that the warranty is void if travelling with your tanks full. Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone have any feedback on Elkridge units. I was impressed from what we saw in the brochures as the finish seems to be quality. We will be trading in a Solaire as we have had NOTHING by issues with the dealership that we purchased this unit from and just tired of the******they keep dealing us.
Thanks for your input

Someone who sells other brands?? That ought to tell you something! Never had a problem towing with full tanks in either one of our Heartland trailers...

We were told this by someone that sells "other" brands. I go to dog shows, so this is important to us that is why I was asking prior to going to look. We will normally fill up in the city we are going to but in some cases these shows are in the middle of no where... I know it could be just talk... but wanted to know if someone had issues with this....from what I have read Elkridge is a good brand of trailer (5th wheel)made by Heartland

Who told you that you couldn't tow with full tanks? I wouldn't buy it if the manufacturer said that. It would mean they don't feel they build it strong enough.
We dry camp most of the time and sometimes have to bring our full grey and black tanks most of the way home to find a dump station. We also fill our fresh water tank at home so we have water when we get there.
