Do you know how to charge the Freon,on your a/ C at home? Can you fix your washing machine? Do you know how your bluray player works? Sometimes you don't need to know how it works, just who to call if it doesn't. My not knowing how the Pullrite hitch works exactly does not endanger me or anyone else. It was an inconvenience, but now I know. I learn something new every day. If you don't, then I am very sad for you.
