While in St. George, in addition to Snow Canyon, Zion is about 45 min. away & the Kolob Canyon section is also close....about 40 min up I 15. You could also do day trips to Cedar Breaks NM (a mini Bryce and is nice & cool) & even Bryce is doable. Hope you have a great time despite the truck issue.
