Epdm roof help
Been worrying about my roof. Got a few leaks over the winter and the roof needs some work. Previous owner siliconed the front end cap so ive been working all day to remove that. Plan us to eternabond the end caps. My question is about the sides.
So a few rail screws were backed out a little and water got in and damaged the threads so a few screws will not snug up. But i noticed the rails along the sides of the roof are a little loose so i started lifting the rails up as i tightened the screws. Still seems like water could get in. Should i lapseal the space between the roof material and the screw rail or should i just eternabond over the edge to cover the screw rail and screw heads?
