We have a 2013 3905, it took us a month to get it from the dealer as the main slide wouldnt operate when we went to pick it up. we leveraged the Customer service reps at Dutchmen against the service manager and got a Lippert tech sent out to fix the issue in a day.
I have e-mailed customer service at Dutchmen twice and both times within 30 minutes recieved a phone call to address the issues.
I have fixed a few minor things myself like a leak in the sani-flush line that was just a loose hose clamp.
It is currently at the dealer getting slide toppers installed and a new main awning arm replacement, as it got bent during a rainstorm for not dumping like it was supposed to. Again I called the Awning company and put them in touch with the dealer to get that replaced.
It has some flaws but after being in it every weekend this summer we love it.
Please feel free to ask any questions, we have gotten sooo much help from the good folks here and want to return the favors if we can!!!
