Ordered it with 3 A/Cs and got (2), ordered slide toppers on all 3 slides and got "0", and a extra voltage recliner and didn't get it either! Houston's camping world has just made this horrific expirence a lot easier to deal with!!!!
My pull down screen isn't attached on the sides either. Don't think its torn, just a bad design. I wonder if the dealer "really" had the missing items on your order? All of my options were installed. You can call Voltage with your VIN and see if the items are on it. Just saying...
