Heck I have never ordered a unit before, I always took was on the lot! So it was a learning expeirence for me. I was fortunate that CW of Katy jump on Dutchmen to get these things taken care of. They had to order them and then I had to take it back in to get them installed. There was a running list of things each time I went back, of things that had to get repaired... I still have a few small things that have been ordered and repairs that need to be done, CW of Katy has really stepped up. Can't say enough good things about them guys out there.
