Fix small hold on front of Fuzion.

Does anyone know what the front cap on a '08 Fuzion is made of? I have 2 holes I need to fix. One is from what looks like a BB gun and the other is about the size of a penny. Either from a hail storm we had a few weeks ago or the lawn mower. I guess it could have been one hell of a bug as well.

I spoke with the parts dealer where he purchased the trailer and he had no clue if fiberglass or some kind of plastic. Let alone how to fix.

I've also have some gouges on the gel coat if like to fix if not too hard.

Any suggestions?
