For Those With Patio Kits
I was wondering how you store the railings when in transport. Do they have a place? Do they get in the way? Worth the effort to put up and take down?

- We went ahead and ordered the rails with ours. Wanted the option, and it was a lot less expensive to get it up front.
- The new styles are much better than the ones from just a couple years ago. I watched a guy trying to set one up a couple years ago at an RV show, and he was at it for about 15 minutes and still had a few minutes to go. All the rails had to be mounted and it looked like a real PIA. The new styles are much more convenient since the rails stay on the door and just fold down.

Patio kits were not as popular in 2011 when I bought my rig or I would have got one. I am thinking it's great feature. I am going to come up with my own railing system. In the research mode now...
Working many years on swing shift I barley ever go to bed before 2am... Nice to know their are other nigh owls out there... - Cyclone Railings fold flat with a couple of quick release clips and also have straps to hold them firmly in place.
- Ours also folds flat to the patio floor and stays in place as the door is closed
