Hey, that chart is easy to read! Glad to see I have enough truck to pull my 10,200 pound trailer - with a couple thousand left over!

I wonder how many people look only at the maximum trailer weight and ignore the following that's buried in the footnotes:

Make sure vehicle payload (reduce by option weight) will accommodate trailer tongue (trailer king pin for 5th-wheel towing) load weight and weight of passengers and cargo added to towing vehicle. The URL you pasted in your post is not Fords factory towing chart site. The site is for " Fifth Wheel St." and like other magazines and websites they post data for pay and seldom have the official Ford tow ratings. The only tow specs that will hold up in court due to an accident is the official Ford tow specs.
