Forum Posting Problems

The RV.net portal to the Open Roads Forums has been having problems of late. Often, when trying to post or answer a Private Message or other action on the forum you will get a message that says something to the effect that the server is having problems.

This situation has been brought to the attention of the Admins and is currently being worked on. (I hope!)

The Trailer Life portal to the forums does not seem to be affected by this problem so I suggest you use it instead of RV.net for the time being until the problem is fixed. I cannot give you a timeline for when it will be done.

    I use Chrome and it's puking occasionally on rv.net direct, but not via TL.

    Barney, tell the IT brain truss that the system fails on Internet Explorer but works fine on Google Chrome.

    Observation:
    RV.net portal is blue and crashes
    Trailer Life portal is red and works just fine.

    I gave up on the rv.net portal a few years ago because it rejected a % sign. I now use the Goodsam portal. Chris

    NO don't do that! :E . Admin has enough work to do without being loaded up with e-mails. Admin does not do the work fixing the forums anyway. The forums have IT people to do it but they are often tied up doing other work for the Good Sam companies many websites. I really don't think we are at the top of the list.:( :R

    Use the Trailer Life portal instead which is not affected by the problems that are occurring on RV.net.

    I've lost enough reply attempts now that I'm copying them to my clipboard before clicking on "Post message". Will try the other portal or at least book mark it for future reference.
