You may have a High Pressure seal going bad. The cylinder can be removed and seal replaced. The symptoms you describe are those of a HP SEAL deteriorating. You can try some of the things others say, but if the jack continues to collapse some under pressure, or dip down slowly while up... it’s probably HP seal. People who repair cylinders\rams can replace seal if you don’t want to replace the entire cylinder. When front gets really bad. it can cause slides to act up, as well as other rams. I know from experience. Two replaced front rams on LCI 6 ram auto leveling system on my unit.

Thanks Jim
Did you have the whole jack assemblies replaced or rebuilt?
Did you have the same problems... settling and extending while retracted?
I had same issue, and more... slide drifting out, back rams slowly dropping when up. ALL ISSUES CAUSED BY BAD HP SEAL FAILURE IN FRONT RAM, causing fluid to seep past seal. Did weird things. Lippert replaced both front Rams. I had front jacks creeping down until mine actually dropped. Front end of 5er nose down... no damage.. unit didn’t hit ground.. though close. I also had jack creeping down when towing . Lippert even told me that there was an issue with HP seal in front rams. I have a pin weight of 4200#, unit loaded to 18,300#
with a GVW of 19K. Two front rams were replaced with new, more robust rams... mine was covered under warranty.
