I haven't had water all day because my line must have froze and so after lugging jugs of water back and forth in order to do dishes I notice my sewer hose is now frozen. Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated.

Use DW hair dryer to thaw water conn.
The sewer hose will crack and leak if moved to much while frozen .

WHY are you leaving your black tank sewer blade OPEN?

Whether you are just RV'ing or 'living' in your RV you leave the black tank closed. Let it fill to 3/4 and then dump.

The reason your sewer hose is frozen is because there is waste just sitting it in, now frozen.

Waste needs WATER to move. That also means there is most likely a mountain of poop in your black tank also.

Leave black tank closed when 3/4 fill dump. That water takes all of it out and completely down the sewer hookup. NOTHING should be in your sewer lines.

Frozen water line:
In freezing temps you need to:

Disconnect water hose from spigot and your RV.
then Drain the water hose.

That way come morning when the temps rise you just reconnect the hose and you are back in business.

What you do really depends on where you are. Is it getting above freezing during the day? If not you may have to wait until temp goes above freezing. How low did the temp drop? A few years ago while going across county in the winter my TT froze up. A dealer took it into the warm shop, waited until it thawed, and winterized it for me.

I would wrap my sewer hose with a heat tape and as for my water supply hose I would by one with the heat tape already built into it.

Your waste hose wil freeze into a 3 " popsicle, ultimately filling your tanks to overflow 'if' you trickle water to keep your hose or pipes from freezing, 'if ' it has a hump that allows it to remain full
When in sub freezing weather, be proactive for your own good. Fill your on board fresh water tank, use your pump for water, Disconnect your drain hose and dump your tanks when they near full.

I would pour a bucket of really hot water into sinks hopefully that will at least thaw them to drain tanks

Water line? Internal to the RV or the hose connection to the spigot?
Hose is easy, bring it inside at night. Internal to the RV will depend on the RV and where the pipes are. Basically you need to apply heat by opening access areas inside or add heat to any basement compartment where to freeze up could be etc.

Sewer hose may need to wait for the sun to hit it tomorrow. I would close your drain valve if you can. Or it is the valve that is frozen? If you have waste pipes frozen you may need to get a space heater blowing on it tomorrow. Possibly boil some water and pour it over the sewer hose during the warmest part of the day.

Turn your heat on and hold hoses up near the exhaust to thaw them out. Had to do that last year. Works like a charm.

When will it be above freezing where you are? Wrapping the sewer hose in heat tape & foam insulation may help. Once you have water flow in the sewer line again, take a HOT shower in the trailer and let the water drain, the extra heat should help melt more of the ice in the line.
