Fuel Pump Without Plastic or Nylon Gears

Has anyone found one or tried one. Can't believe they still sell the old type with the gears that expand with all the issues with them still occuring.

Something similar to this. Mine is the a second one that I installed but the dealer gave me. I installed it and worked fine. Haven't used it for a while and it doesn't work again and I'm pretty sure it's the dang swollen gears.

Maybe something like this ????

    This is like I used after reading all the problems others are halving I will probably. Stay with it my quads only hold 3 gal so it fills them in a couple of mins

    Fill-Rite makes a good pump. But it will pump alot more gpm than you're used to, so watch out for splash back. www.fillrite.com

    Been thinking about doing the same, 2 pumps and a few gear sets later, I said screw it, I don't need a fuel station, now I have a 25 gallon fuel tank for the genny.
    Thought of a small fuel pump just to pump the left over fuel into lawn mower and weed eater.

    When I got my new to me toy hauler the pump didn't work I didn't want to buy new one right off so I used a old Holly electric pump that I had it works fine probably slower but I can top off two quads before my five minute timer runs out .
    So that might be a option the Holly's at least 20 year's old so it twice as old as the one on the toy hauler that didn't work !

    I just fixed my Graco Pump by sanding about a 1/16" off of the face of each gear. Works like a champ for now....we’ll see how long it will work this time.
