Fuel Station Wireing

We picked up a new 2015 Voltage 3200 at the end of July. Have been out a few times and everything is working as it should. The fuel station was working when we picked up the trailer, but after this past weekend it has stopped. We came down a bad section on WI interstate that shook up the trailer pretty good. I checked under the trailer when we finally got home and almost all of the wire nuts holding the wiring for the fuel station were missing. I have only one pair of wires still connected, all the rest are loose.

My question is, does anyone have a wiring diagram of the fuel station? From what I have seen on other TH's, the fuel stations are all the same, so I suspect that the wiring will be the same.

Thanks for any help on getting my wiring back together.
  • I would be helpful if you tell us what you have - what color of wires and what is connected and which are not connected.
  • Pictures would be better.

The problem is that the manufacturer of the toy hauler may have used his own wiring colors to connect to the fuel station.
  • You need to contact the dealer and the manufacturer direct to see if one of them can get you the wiring diagram (assuming one even exists) if not you'll need to get the wiring diagram from the fuel pump manufacturer and do some wire tracing to the various sources. It's been very much the reality that there are no plans available to the consumer, except with some manufacturers. But hopefully the fuel station wiring breaks that norm.
  • ECI does many of the RV fuel stations. I was referred to them by the pump builder. Their # is 951-685-8602. Let us know if they are any help.
  • I'm sort of wondering how complicated they could make it. + from the fuse block to the outside power switch (timer on mine), negative from frame to switch. +/- from switch to pump. Mine is closing on 10yr old at this point and admittedly simple. If you don't have a 12v tester, buy one. I have used mine hundreds of times on all sorts of applications, not just the trailer.

    Good luck.
  • Thanks everyone for the responses. Trailer is at the dealer so they can figure out the mess of wires. There are 8 wires of which 6 are disconnected, so it is not as easy as determining which is the + and which is the - and where they all go. Once it is back at home I will create my own diagram just in case they come loose again.
