Fuzion outside faucet

Greetings to all,
Fuzion 360, In the water docking station (not sure what else to call it) where I connect the shore water, flush the sewage tank, and winterize.

There is a faucet with hot and cold knobs and a quick connect for a water hose. I connect the water hose and get nothing out of the cold water side. I have plenty coming out of the hot water.

I have to admit, I have not tore into it yet. I did try and blow some low pressure air into it with the cold water valve open thinking it may have some debris in it. But that is all I have done since I will have to remove the pass through walls in order to get to the back of the faucet. Unless there the faucet comes off the front.

Ideas on my next course of action will be appreciated.

Thanks, sad to say I have torn the inside walls down once before in search of the inverter that went bad. I just need to find the time to get in there and take it all apart. The down side is I cannot keep my camper at the house.

Since yours is leaking and mine is not working I wonder if I should just buy and install one of better quality. That way I can get a known good one and make it work all at the same time.

Knock on wood I have had VERY minor issues with mine since I bought it. So I will see what I can find when I take the faucet apart.

The one interesting one I had was after about 3 years of camping my Furnace would not turn off. The only way to turn it off was to pull the fuse. Long story short, the power wire from the thermostat to the furnace shorted somewhere in the wall.

The wall in the storage area is very easy to remove with just a few screws holding it in place. Once you pop that carpeted wall out, you have clear access to the water heater, pump and all of the water piping and valves behind the control center. Maybe the 360 is a little different, but they appear to be setup the same as my 315. I don't recall seeing any other valves that could be shutoff. With the way they slap these things together, it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't even plumb the cold side. Most likely it is just the cheap cheesy fixture that they use. Mine has only been used a handful of times and the cold valve will leak a little bit in certain positions. Luckily it only leaks on the outside.

The valve feels like it is opening and closing. It feels the same as the hot water side.

I plan to see what all I can access. I need to see if there is any manufacture info on it.

Everything else in the camper works great. I have had the camper for 3 years now and this is the first time I recall using the outside shower so I have no idea how long it has not worked. 🙂

Bryan, I assume all the other faucets work normally.
Try to follow the line to the tank, see if there might be a valve to turn it off inside is my guess. It is possible the valve in the faucet is broken completely. Might also contact manufacturer via email to see if they reply and if they can offer any advice. It's odd that hot works but cold doesn't.
