Gap between Dual Awnings

Got a new Fifth wheel. It has 2 awnings on it with a 10 inch gap or so between the two. Anyone come up with a decent way to fill that gap between the two awnings? The gap is just to the left of the entry door where we usually like to have a folding table set up. Now anything under it will get wet from just a light rain. Would have preferred just a single 20 foot awning but was told it wasn't available on this model.

My biggest complaint with my 286bhd.....either than that I love this model

Find afabric use wide velcro on the bottom it would be like a gutter when put one side on each awning

I think it is silly that they put the gap in the two awnings right at the door. I also think you must have seen that when you bought it. I can't understand why people buy things they don't like.

I am just guessing here... Is one the MAIN awning.. and the other on the slide out ? If so ( which I believe to be the case is) , there is no way to do so from the factory..

Think about it.. IF that is the case, how would they mount to the wall together,unless they wee mounted ABOVE the slide out.. That would make the slide head room VERY LOW headroom in side

IF you want o create a fix, you will have to toss a tarp over from the roof..

Actually it's 2 Main awnings. No slide out on that side. One is 14 feet and one is 15 feet. One is mounted just a few inches higher than the other. I wouldn't roll them up with this "patch" attached. Just something to kind of fill the gap once the awnings are down to divert some of the rain.

*** ON EDIT . . I just saw one online.... Look at how high the awning needs to be to be above the entry door... And how low the roof line drops to the rear of the door.... IT looks like they could possibly drop the main awning down, and carry it a bit farther back..BUT you would be blocking the window in the front . . .. ???????
