28K combined border to border West Coast I-5 towing 9.5 hand calc AVERAGE. I tow at 60-62 mph. 2011 HO RAM Dually 3:42 gears 6 sp auto. Anyone claiming more than that at that weight is full of Barbara Streisand IMHO.
