Gas springs for fuzion doors

Where can I find replacement gas springs for my '12 Fuzion doors. I called the number stamped on the gas spring (Industrial gas spring) who directed me to motion industries because they won't sell to little ol me. Motion industries wants $46 each.
  • I bought one (20lbs) at a local boating supply store. A couple of problems though, the action does not seem to be the same. The door opens faster than I would like and the head piece that attached on the door threshold his slightly larger than the one that came with it. This puts just a little pressure on the door when closing it.

I have removed it and plan to go to the parts dept at the dealer to see if they can supply one.
  • Camping World. Take your old one with you if you visit the store. If you order online, you'll need either the weight of the door (approx) or the part number from the side of your old lift (and length of lift). I've had very good luck with theirs and they are a little more reasonably priced.
