I have a rack I made for the back of my TT. I also had one on our previous trailer. One of the steel tubes cracked when we were coming home from Disney. I have since reienforced the tube that broke. I wouldn't tell someone not to put a rack on there trailer, but I would advise them that It can and will break if its not strong enough.
