II own a 2010 cougar 327res that is wired for 50amp service. I currently have a 1 Honda eu2000 companion. Going to buy the other 2000 over the winter. My question is if I buy a second 2000 companion...

You better check with Honda. I don't know how they would divide the load on a setup like that. It's designed for 1 30a outlet and 2 generators supplying it. Not 2 generators and 2 30a outlets. I would guess the adapter cord wouldn't work with 2 companions.
