Granted, sometimes they make exceptions, but that is not mandatory on their part. As you say, pretty much all manufacturers are turning out cheaply made products.
I agree that there is a time limit. My point was that Grand Design USED to have a very good reputation about standing behind there product and tried to make the owners happy. That was my primary reason for purchasing their product. That reputation means nothing anymore since Winnebago has taken over.
