- cyntdon2010Explorervisible delamination. NOT A problem
EBAY sell everything, might not be the exact but similar.. - cdlaineExplorerYea Scott...
We attach value to these... they see them as units to be
moved. I stood there , ran my hand over the entire delamination
section, and the dealership guy said, "no biggie". I'm guessing
the buyer thought the same on their PDI. I wouldn't want to
tackle the fix, or pay the cost to repair. Or, maybe we (on these
forums) make a bigger deal out of delamination then it is ???
I always thought it was more then cosmetic... more along the lines
of pending structural failure... maybe an exaggeration ?
Ronnie ... these musings probably don't apply to your rig.

Ronnie,
My last TT... a McKenzie Medallion (Monaco) started showing
early signs of side wall delamination (I suspect from a rubber-
ized roof leak) at about year 8 of my 10 year ownership (traded).
I could not walk by it without seeing it every time... that was
my reason for trading...and reason for not listing as for sale by
owner... I would have felt guilty, but the place I traded it moved
it on in a week and a half. ( In my defense, I pointed it out to them...
they were unimpressed).
I hope you have better luck.

The TT we traded in last time had some rot under a window. I talked to several dealers when we were looking and none of them cared about the damage.
I was kinda shocked really. - cdlaineExplorerRonnie,

Charles - bpoundsNomadI hope you continue to like it, because with visible delamination you're probably going to own it for a long time.
- ValkyriebushExplorer IIOther than that? Delamination is a major problem. Glad it didn't bother you for 12 years. That would be a deal ender on a resale for me. Good Luck.
