Just picked up my Loredo 325RL today, brought it home unhooked, then tried autolevel and nothing. Followed the manual several more times same results. Called the tech guy at the dealership who told me to zero the unit. Followed the instructions and when I got to the part where it says "push left and right simultaneously" I get the message feature not available. It will not let me go on. I will say that it all worked great at the dealer, so I'm thinking operator error somewhere along the line. Can anyone help shed some light on this please.

Would that be "auto half level"?

We were told front has to be higher than back for auto level to work. ?

Call your dealer, if new that way there is a record as it may fail totally down the road.
