Plus the warranty they offer is actually better than the original window manufacturer (Hehr) gives on a brand new window at a much lower price than purchasing a new window. Another plus is that you can stay overnight, with a 50A hook-up, at their facility while the work is done. My window is being repaired on 10/30/14 on my trip down to Fort Myers Fl. from Western NY.(Buffalo). The cost of my repair is about $250 in total. The cost of course varies with the size and type of window. If their location is a deal killer for you, you might do a web search to see if their are similar facilities located more conveniently for you.
