I ended up finding a used 2011 Keystone Fuzion 260 for a good price and ended up buying it. I think it will fit what I need it too and it isn't way too heavy. At least this way if I find out my truck isn't up to the task I won't take too big of a bath reselling it.
I pulled it home a little over 100 miles into a crosswind and it actually pulled pretty well. That was with it empty and the tongue weight is actually more when it is empty that with something in the cargo area.
65mph and 7.1 mpg. Ahh, the joys of pulling a trailer!
