Hmmm, the Sanitize/Winterize goes to the pump, so maybe you have a valve/check valve leaking past the pump on out the Sanitize/Winterize. Also I have heard of these Green/Blue rotary valves having damaged O-rings and water leaking past them. Perhaps the Green valve O-ring is allowing water back out to the Sanitize/Winterize.
