Pick the one that rides best to your seat, and you can get the best deal on. Go drive all three, preferably all on the same daym over the same road and decide. Unless something has changed recently neither Ford or GM dealers are willing to negotiate. But that can change hourly. Andnyou might be willing to pay extra to get the truck your happiest in.
