We know Our dry weight from the manufacturers final production sticker, and we know our fully loaded weight from a CAT scale weight ticket.. So our total cargo is 2600 lbs. We are full time and our cargo is a closet full of clothes, under bed storage is full as are all our cabinets and basement storage. When we weighed, we had maybe 1/4 tank of fresh water estimated at 160 lbs, and two full tanks of propane, maybe another 60 - 70 lbs. I keep all my tools in my truck, so no added weight in trailer for tools. I'm sure a weekend or occasional user could be a thousand lbs lighter, but I personally would steer clear of a 30 ft or longer rig with cargo capacity under 1500 lbs. To me, that speaks of too light construction.
