How to run wires into TH from outside

Question

My TH has smooth fiberglass siding and i would like to wire some led lights for my stairs. How can i get the wires up to the control center where all the other switches are? Looks like the wires run up from the control panel into the ceiling. I believe my walls are filled with a foam? What's my best path into the control panel. Control panel is just to the side of the door in the cabinet.

But you did give me an idea about a path to look at.  I think i can go up through the ceiling and a short run over to the pantry on the other side of the door and down through the floor next to the steps.  I think that's going to work.
