How to run wires into TH from outside

My TH has smooth fiberglass siding and i would like to wire some led lights for my stairs. How can i get the wires up to the control center where all the other switches are? Looks like the wires run up from the control panel into the ceiling. I believe my walls are filled with a foam? What's my best path into the control panel. Control panel is just to the side of the door in the cabinet.

No. There are no lower cabinets on that wall that connect to the upper cabinet with the control panel.

But you did give me an idea about a path to look at. I think i can go up through the ceiling and a short run over to the pantry on the other side of the door and down through the floor next to the steps. I think that's going to work. Thanks TucsonJim
