LOL.. we had same problem with 85lb Lab.
Old trailer, 3 steps, no problem.
New trailer, 4 steps, slipped the first time going up and that was it.
Had to install those outdoor carpet pads to get him up the stairs. Seems fine now but boy, they can be skittish. LOL
I hope you guys aren't going to start a brand war over Labs & Retrievers now!! :B
