Jerking, jumping Slide

We have a 2016 HC 375fl. Since new the large Kitchen slide with the Fridge has not gone out smooth and has seemed like it catches on something as it goes in or out. Several trips to the dealer has not helped. Yesterday I started looking around and noticed that the screws holding the bottom trim piece on the forward edge of the slide had the paint worn off. Further inspection found that there is a small vertical roller just inside of the weather seal that was started to get chewed up. I removed one of the screws and went down to the local hardware store. Bought new screws with a tapered head rather than a pan head. Replaced all screws on trim piece. They now fit flush. NO MORE JERKING. It seems that the pan head screws were catching the roller and that was my problem Best 70 cents I have spent in along time.

Always nice when a problem is that simple to solve. Must have been too much for the dealer service guys to figure out.:)
