STOP!!
I wouldn't believe RVW's weight rating, they didn't make the trailer, they just want to sell it to you.
According to the link you provided, that fiver has an empty weight of 8850#. If its GVWR is 13,896, that means its carrying capacity is over 5,000#!! I don't think so.
Get the weight ratings from Forest River or actually look at the trailer.
If the specs are correct in the link you provided, then your F250 can probably handle it.
But get the correct figures, first!!
